Skills for Success

Skills for Success provides Canadians with everyday skills needed for work, learning and life.

Improving these skills will help individuals and organizations succeed at work– now and in the future.

Be a Workplace Connections Practitioner!

The Workplace Connections Project which is funded in part by the Government of Canada’s Skills for Success Program and managed by Workplace Education Manitoba provides a comprehensive plan for Pan-Canadian training solutions that will address significant and pervasive workforce challenges facing Canadian workers and employers.

This comprehensive training response will create increased capacity for Skills for Success Workplace delivery across Canada – including ability for workplaces to build engagement, assess training needs, deliver training, and evaluate training outcomes. Increased Skills for Success competency will provide the foundational supports employers need related to sustainability, scalability and consistency of delivery and outcomes related to Skills for Success in workplaces.
